❤️ Why us ? ❤️
There are many competitor providers of service with cheap prices, but when we compare our prices and the quality of our services, they are the best for the following points:
The service contract costs € 999, which means that there are no other surprising additional fees, as it with many of other low-cost competitors.
We work completely legally, as all payments are transferred to our bank account (Companies Account) in accordance with German law.
According to our experience, your marriage application takes about a week from receiving the documents to start the service.
We can schedule the marriage date on any day of the week, including the weekend, which is suitable for workers.
We have experience and speed at work so that you can end your marriage ceremony with us in just 20 minutes in Denmark, and there is no need to reside in Denmark for more than that.
The cost of the service also includes the possibility to bring the couple's accompanying (family, friends, etc.)
Contract with us is best for you
Everyone seeks to save money, which is axiomatical, but one must be careful because adventuring in submitting the marriage application in person and without experience leads to delays and increases in costs and paying the fees again.
The reasons for refusing to marry differ in the Danish registry office and usually it requests inquiries in the English language and this makes the response process complicated and this leads to the rejection of the application without refunding the fees of the registry office, but with our experience we avoid all mistakes and provide legal advice, which means speed in processing the application and completing it successfully.
In some cases, the Danish registry office requests some documents (in the form of inquiries), and here will be our role to direct the client in the correct manner to get the required documents, and this means saving paying the fees again.
All correspondences and communications with the Danish registry office are exclusively in the Danish or English languages, and we speak the Danish, English, German, and Arabic languages, which makes it easier for us to communicate with the client and the Danish registry office, and we succeeded in convincing the Danish registry office every time it requests an inquiry.
If you want to submit the application in person, you have to fill out the 19-page application form by yourself accurately and responsibly, which is very difficult, and it is normal to make mistakes. These mistakes lead to delay in processing the application at the Danish registry office and may also lead to rejection of the application. In the case of contracting with us, we fill in all forms and questionnaires completely, based on our experience.
The person who submit the marriage application in person also has to contact the Danish registry office where the marriage ceremony will take place and s/he must agree on the date of marriage, and usually it is difficult to communicate with the registry office because the waiting period to reach the required employee may reach an hour and a half. Then he will face long waiting lists to set the marriage date, which may reach a period of two months or more. In the case of contracting with us, the marriage can take place in the following week after obtaining the marriage permit from the Danish registry office.

The second party: the client
The two parties are bound by the general terms and conditions mentioned below:
The first party undertakes to provide the necessary advice and information services to the second party (papers - documents - advice).
The costs paid by the client include all taxes and fees payable in Germany and Denmark to apply for marriage and process the application until the date of the marriage contract is obtained.
If the client does not attend at the appointed time, intentionally or unintentionally, or because of majeure circumstances beyond control such as (personal reason - closing roads - closing borders - spreading epidemics - stopping airports - stopping ferries - illness - not receiving official documents - strike - weather conditions - and other reasons), the client is obligated to pay all service costs in full.
If the client wishes to permanently cancel the date of the marriage contract, none of the costs paid will be refunded, and the client is obligated to pay the full costs of the contracted service, as the costs paid for applying for marriage are not refunded from the Danish registry office according to Ageskabsloven § 13, LBK no. 1052 of November 12, 2012. Also, the work and services provided to the client belong to the client exclusively.
In the event of any change, cancellation, new law, or cancellation of the date of the marriage contract previously set by the Danish registry office, the client is obligated to pay the full costs according to the contract concluded between the first party and the client, which is considered valid, and the client will not be compensated with any costs.
The first party is considered a mediator who carries out all his duties by receiving documents, coordinating and examining them, submitting the request and following it up until the date of the marriage contract is booked. Therefore, these services are considered independent services, as the costs paid by the client are not related to the success of the marriage contract process.
The time period for processing the request is calculated from the date of receiving copies of the necessary documents in addition to receiving the first payment in our bank account.
The client promises to pay the full costs and provide us with all required information and documents in a timely manner.
Under certain circumstances, the date of the marriage contract is booked on Saturday or Sunday, as it requires additional fees such as witnesses and other services (the client is obligated to pay).
The first party signs a contract for the services provided upon receiving the first payment of the required costs, documents and papers.
This contract is considered as an explicit consent to start the service.
The general terms and conditions and costs are considered to have been explicitly approved by the client upon receipt of the first party the costs and documents required from the client.
In the event that the Danish registry office requests more documents, the client is obligated to send the required documents and in the specified time exclusively to the e-mail: info@heirateninsüddänemark.de
If the documents are not sent on time for any reason, none of the fees imposed in the contract will be refunded, and the client is obligated to pay the full costs of the service contract.
The client undertakes to provide all the correct information as the first party is not responsible for the wrong information that the client provided or sent and if there is a mistake in the information, this may negatively affect the marriage approval issued by the Danish registry office, and thus the client is obligated to pay the service costs in full.
The costs of the service contract are €999.
The client will not be given the time, place and date of marriage before paying the second payment.

The client has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the date of receiving the first payment.
The client (the second party) loses his right to recover the amount of the first payment if the withdrawal period ends and he does not notify the first party to start the service (signing the service contract).
To use the right of withdrawal, the client must notify the first party within a period of 14 days in writing exclusively by filling out the withdrawal request and sending it via e-mail to info@heirateninsüddänemark.de in order to inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The client is obligated to pay the service costs in full in case of withdrawal, as the costs paid are not refundable by the Danish registry office, in addition to the costs for the service provided by the first party.
If the client expresses his desire to start the service during the cancellation period, the client is obligated to pay an amount to be agreed upon by both parties.
The right to withdraw ends in the event of a contract to provide the service, if the first party fully provides the service and the first party did not start performing the service until the client gives his explicit consent and at the same time confirms his knowledge that he loses his right to withdraw upon full fulfillment of the contract by the project owner.
As soon as the client sends the marriage documents and pays the costs, he requests the services of the first party and declares this by sending an e-mail to info@heirateninsüddänemark.de
I explicitly request and agree at the same time to start the requested service before the withdrawal period ends, and I know that this means that my right to withdraw has expired.
(Written explicitly in the contract)
The services provided by the first party are considered service contracts and related only to service matters, and in the case of service contracts, the right to withdraw ends prematurely if the first party starts performing the service based on the client's explicit consent to start the service before the withdrawal period ends.
The service period is calculated from the date of receiving the documents, service costs and service contract, and this means that your right to withdraw has expired. This right of withdrawal is considered in accordance with Article 356 Abs 4 BGB, noting that the client has explicitly agreed to start the service in the case of sending copies of the required documents and the service costs have been received by the first party.
